    Remained President BJP District Kullu twice; elected to the State Legislative Assembly in 1990 and re-elected in 1998 as BJP Candidate.

    Remained Minister of State, Primary Education (Independent Charge) during 1998-2003.

    Elected to the State Legislative Assembly for the 3rd time in December, 2012.
